Every mat is cut from fine-grain natural cork and bonded to a natural tree rubber base. Choose the engraved Heartwood for guidance and story, or the Essential for pure, quiet simplicity.
The Heartwood
Every ring tells a story.
A tree slice, laser-engraved in deep brown at the centre of your mat, right where you come back to breathe. A slim alignment line with small circles guides your hands and feet, pose after pose.
The Essential
Pure cork. Nothing more.
For practices that ask for nothing but space. A clean surface of fine-grain natural cork, finished with our small spiral mark. Same grip, same comfort, a quieter look.

Every nine years, the cork oak quietly lets go of its bark, and grows a new one. No tree is cut down. We turn that gift into a mat that holds you while you breathe, so your practice can stay as rooted as the forest it came from.

Which design should I choose?
Choose the Heartwood if you like a guide: its engraved centre line helps you align hands and feet. Choose the Essential for a pure, minimal surface. Both mats are identical in size, materials and grip.
How big and how thick are the mats?
72" x 24" (183 x 61 cm), 4.5 mm thick, 3.1 kg. A studio thickness that balances cushioning and stability.
Is cork slippery?
Quite the opposite. Cork grips better as it gets a little moist, which makes it ideal for warm and hot practices. In a cool room, spritz a little water on the surface to activate the grip.
How do I care for my mat?
Wipe it with a soft cloth, water and a drop of mild soap. Always roll it cork side out and store it away from direct sunlight.
Do the mats contain latex?
Yes. The base is natural tree rubber, which contains natural latex. If you have a latex allergy, we recommend avoiding this product.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We ship everywhere in Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $18 CAD anywhere in Canada. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered in 5 to 7 business days.
What is your return policy?
You can return an unused mat in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Every mat is also covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
